Slow cooker chocolate cake

Ingredients:
  • 1 (500g) packet chocolate cake mix
  • 1 packet chocolate dessert mix
  • 450g soured cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 235ml water
  • 180ml vegetable oil
  • 160g chocolate chips


Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. 
  2. Make a well in the center and pour in soured cream, eggs, water and oil. 
  3. Mix well or beat at low speed until blended. 
  4. Scrape bowl, and mix well again or beat for another 4 minutes on medium speed. 
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into slow cooker pot that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. 
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 
  8. Spoon into individual dishes.
