Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients:
  • 110g (4 oz) macaroni
  • 110g to 225g (4 to 8 oz) grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml (1/2 pt) milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mustard powder to taste
Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. 
  2. Grease an ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. Mix cooked macaroni with cheese, eggs, and milk. 
  4. Season with salt, pepper and mustard powder to taste. 
  5. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
