Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 110g (4 oz) macaroni
- 110g to 225g (4 to 8 oz) grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 300ml (1/2 pt) milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- mustard powder to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
- Grease an ovenproof casserole dish.
- Mix cooked macaroni with cheese, eggs, and milk.
- Season with salt, pepper and mustard powder to taste.
- Transfer to the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
