10 minute Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 1 jar tomato-based pasta sauce
- 1 pack lasagne sheets
- 2 tubs cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tin or punnet of sliced mushrooms (optional)
- grated cheese
Preparation:
- Grease the bottom of the baking dish you are going to use. Heat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
- Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish. Top with one layer of lasagne sheets.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and cottage cheese, and spread half the mixture on top of the lasagne sheets. Add mushrooms, if desired.
- Repeat the steps, this time adding a layer of grated cheese on top of the sauce. Top the last layer with sauce and grated cheese.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour, or till the lasagne sheets are tender the top is golden and bubbly. Enjoy!
